Here's some basic information about ordering catering with us.

Placing an Order

Orders can be easily placed online via our website or by emailing our team at [email protected]. 
Our friendly customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm to assist with any queries. You can also reach us on 03 9629 4222 during these hours.

Order Cut-Off Times

• Monday orders: 12.00pm Friday prior
• Tuesday orders: 4.00pm Friday prior
• Wednesday orders: 4.00pm Monday
• Thursday orders: 4.00pm Tuesday
• Friday orders: 4.00pm Wednesday
• Saturday & Sunday orders: By request only – minimum spends apply

Acceptance of last-minute orders is subject to availability. Please note that late orders may incur a 10% surcharge, and menu options may be limited.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are available Monday to Friday, 7.00am – 2.00pm.
Please allow up to 1 hour prior to your desired serving time for delivery.
If no one is available to receive your order, it will be left securely at the delivery location or returned to our Production Kitchen in Collingwood for collection.

Pick-Up Option

You’re welcome to collect your order from our Production Kitchen at:

Collection hours: 7.00am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday

Business Hours

Our office operates Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm.
Orders can be placed online at any time, and will be processed and confirmed during office hours.

Dietary Accommodations

STREAT Catering is proud to accommodate a wide range of dietary needs.
Please include any dietary requirements (and corresponding names, if applicable) in your order notes.
While we take great care in preparing your food, please note that our kitchen handles common allergens, and cross-contamination may occur. If your order includes highly specific dietary needs, please contact our team to discuss.

Order Amendments

To make changes to your order, please email [email protected] before the relevant cut-off time.
Our team will confirm your amendments and ensure your preferences are reflected in the final order.

Delivery Information & Charges

We deliver Monday to Friday, 7.00am – 2.00pm.

• Deliveries within Melbourne CBD and Inner Suburbs (within 5km) incur a flat rate of $30.
• Deliveries outside this area will be quoted separately.
• A minimum spend of $200 applies.
• Orders outside standard hours or delivery zones, as well as weekend and public holiday orders, are subject to surcharges and availability.

Please include clear delivery instructions and allow for a 60-minute delivery window prior to your desired serving time.
